My name is Patrick Riser and I have been a full-time fitness professional for seven years. Over the past couple of years, I have grown my online personal training business to over four hundred clients. Possessing a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a minor in marketing has enabled me to promote my expertise through various social media channels. I have also collaborated with several well-known brands which has aided my growth though social media and in turn, has helped the brands grow considerably. Additionally, I have clients and brands in the United States and throughout the world as far away as Istanbul, Turkey and as close as Canada. Working with people from different cultural backgrounds in various countries and time zones has been an incredible growing process for me. I am flexible and adaptable in meeting the needs of all. My certification as a personal trainer is through the American Council on Exercise and I am also a certified nutritionist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
